In 2014, Securities Association of China issued Comprehensive Risk Management Standards for Securities Companies. In April, 2016, China Securities Regulatory Commission proposed amendments to Management Measures for Risk Control Indicators of Securities Companies, requiring securities companies to identify, evaluate, monitor, respond to and deal with credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk and other risks in their business activities, and requiring securities companies to satisfy supervision requirements on schedule. The introduction of these regulations marks that the comprehensive risk management of securities companies has entered a new era.
